I can't seem to find 1. I use the FoxIt PDF mobile reader on android and it can allow you to click on the comments to see them. It isn't the best PDF reader but, I have found it works a little better than Adobes in some aspects for me. You're missing the actual text of the errata version 1. As far as I can see on my phone, the unofficial revised rulebook that we downloaded doesn't add text; it just strikes through outdated text. But the errata doesn't just subtract -- it adds text. There is some problems to see the comments in some phones.
